This years VAFA C Section Finals will be split between Junction Oval in St.Kilda and Sandringhams Trevor Barker Oval with the season decider to be held at the Beach Road ground on September 13.
The first week of the finals series (1st & 2nd Semi Final on the weekend of August 30) will be played on the pristine surface of Junction Oval, the ground rumoured to be the future home of the VAFA.
The following weeks Preliminary Final and the Grand Final the week after will both be held at Trevor Barker Oval in Sandringham, the traditional home of C Section finals in recent years.
In the Under 19s, the Semi Finals will be held at Gerry Green Reserve on the Nepean Hwy, home of the Parkdale Vultures, while the Preliminary Final and Grand Final will be staged at the postage stamp that is Brindisi Street Oval, home of St Bedes Mentone.
With the Hampton Rovers currently sitting a game clear on top of C Section, and the Under 19s sitting third in their division, it promises to be an exciting August/September for the club.
