Hampton Rovers AFC has always been a strong supporter of the VAFA Blood Challenge. This year is no exception, and blood is urgently needed in Victoria at this current time, so help the club and help save lives!

 

So far in 2006, the VAFA Blood Challenge has attracted 458 donations, which has the potential to save the lives of over 1300 people!

 

Unfortunately though, this is over 300 donations down on the same time last year. As you will be aware, winter is a particularly difficult time at the Blood Service as many regular donors are unable to donate due to colds and flu. Blood is urgently needed in Victoria and we ask that you encourage friends, players, coaches etc to come along and donate ASAP.

 

Please find below a VAFA Blood Challenge Registration Form. Please fill out and hand in to the donor centre.

 

During August, the Mobile Blood Collection unit will be at the following local locations:

Monday 14^th – Mordialloc: Allan McLean Hall, Cnr Albert & Lewis Streets – 1.15pm – 7:30pm

Tuesday 15^th – Mordialloc: Allan McLean Hall, Cnr Albert & Lewis Streets – 1.15pm – 7:30pm

Friday 18^th – Clayton: Monash Public Hall, 264 Clayton Road – 9.15am – 3.30pm

 

Please note you don?t have to make an appointment for the mobile locations, however you do for the permanent locations. You can make an appointment for the following sites by calling 13 14 95.
