On Sunday (June 9) at Woodville Oval in Adelaide, the VAFA defeated the SAAFL 15.13.103 to 6.5.41. Unfortunately Denver Artz had to pull out of the game.
And on Friday night at the St.Kilda Football Ground, Moorabbin, the VAFA defeated the Southern Football League 10.8.68 to 8.8.56. Anthony Browne was selected in the 21-man squad.
