The Hampton Rovers Thirds team has been more settled in its second season this year however we have experienced a few challenges with injuries throughout the club, Glenn being away for a short while and Rod moving interstate. Were also lacking in the help department. The Thirds remain a vital part of the Rovers and were committed to not only sustaining the team, but growing it moving forward.

ARRIVING ON TIME
Please aim to get to games at least 40 minutes prior to the start (at the latest!). Several players have been arriving late and even after the game has started this makes it impossible for all involved. If youre running late, please call Denis on 0427 329 662.
TEAM HELP
Every Saturday we need people to help with running water and goal umpiring and additionally for home games we need someone to be the timekeeper, do the scoreboard and we also need a field umpire. If youre aware of anyone who can help us out, please let Denis know. This is vital to the success of the team.
NEW JUMPERS
A few players have expressed interest in purchasing new Hampton Rovers playing jumpers. This is now possible theyll cost just $40 each (which is half our cost price the club will subsidise the rest). However this offer is only available to players that have paid their subs see below. If youre interested, please speak to Cameron Voss. The turnaround time will be 3-4 weeks and payment must be made up-front.
SUBS/SPONSORSHIP
Subs for 2010 are now due. The club needs to cover its expenses and all players are required to be financial. Subs are only $180 for the year or you can find someone to sponsor you for $250. You can pay by EFTPOS, Cash or Cheque at the club (Tuesday or Thursday), or ONLINE via the Rovers Website see: http://www.hamptonrovers.com.au/seniors/playersubs.php . If youve played six games or less, you may pay $10 per game. All players with money owing will be sent accounts in a few weeks time please try and have your subs paid before this.
THURSDAY TRAINING
All players should try and get down to training on Thursday night. Even if you cant get down due to work, come afterwards where the Bar is open, dinner is available, and the teams are read out at about 8-8:30pm.
