Sports Trainers required for 2021 season

Hampton Rovers Football Club is looking for sports trainers to join the team for the upcoming 2021 season.

Opportunities are available to work with our seniors/reserves, under 19s, thirds and women’s teams. Availability on Saturday’s is a must.

Depending on availability, the successful candidates will be allocated a team that they will look after for the majority of season.

In addition to Saturday’s, applicants need to be available for at least one of Monday, Tuesday or Thursday night training sessions.

Education/experience history:

Qualified sports trainers are welcome to apply along with students studying an allied health profession (such as Physiotherapy, Myotherapy, Podiatry, etc.) are preferred but not necessary for the right applicant


  • Pre-match preparation; Taping, Massage, organising water bottles/kits,
  • Running water
  • Injury Management
  • First Aid


  • Level 1 sports trainer (or willing to obtain this)
  • First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Flexible availability
  • Must have, or be willing to obtain an ABN (required for payment)
