The 97th Annual General Meeting of the Hampton Rovers Amateur Football Club will be held on Monday 23 November 2026 at the Wright-Scarlett Pavilion, Boss James Reserve, commencing at 7:30pm.
Persons entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting are those members who are financial members of HRAFC as at 30 September 2026. That is, you have paid your 2026 membership or player subscription, or you’re a Life Member of the club.
The AGM notice, agenda, minutes from the 2025 AGM and the 2026 Senior and Junior Presidents’ reports are available below. The Treasurer’s report will be tabled shortly before the AGM.
Printed copies of the 2026 Hampton Rovers Annual Report will be available for members at the AGM and available for download from the club’s website following the meeting.
The meeting will elect the Board Chairperson and Senior and Junior Committees for 2027. Completed nomination forms, signed by the nominee, proposer and seconder, must be submitted to the Club Secretary by Monday 16 November 2026.

Members wishing to raise general business must submit their request in writing or by email to the Club Secretary by Tuesday 17 November 2026.
Members unable to attend may complete the proxy voting form below, which appoints Anthony Naumoff. Forms sent by email or post must be received by 7:30pm on Sunday 22 November 2026. Forms delivered in person must be given to the Chairperson before or at the commencement of the meeting.
