The 91st Annual General Meeting of the Hampton Rovers Football Club will be held as an online webinar on Monday 23rd November.
This year’s AGM will be held on Zoom due to Covid-19 restrictions, with attendance recording opening at 6:45pm, and the meeting commencing at 7:00 pm.
Persons entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting are those members who are financial members of HRAFC as at 30 September 2020. That is, you have paid your 2020 membership or player subscription, or you’re a life member of the club.
Due to the meeting being held virtually, members who wish to attend the AGM must pre-register by 5pm, 19 November 2020. Click the following button to pre-register. Once you’re approved, you’ll receive an email containing a link to view the AGM webinar on Monday evening.

The meeting will require us to elect The Board Chairman and the Senior & Junior Committees.
Election of Office Bearers Nomination Form are required to be completed in full and provided to the Club Secretary no later than 5pm on 16 November 2020, either by mail to PO Box 134 Hampton 3188 or email to: secretary@hamptonrovers.com.au
The 2020 Annual Report will be available on the Hampton Rovers website prior to the AGM and limited hard-copies will also be available to members upon request.
