On Saturday about 160 Auskickers had some special guests from the St Kilda football club – players Josh Bruce, Jack Billing and support crew Lisa Laing.
After signing lots of tops, footy cards and footy books, they braved a pack of excited kids to say a little bit about life as a footballer and took some questions. The question of the day from a young roverian was “Who do you barrack for?” This was a step up from last years “What was your biggest defeat? (100 points)”
12 of the kids were particularly exhausted after playing on Etihad at half time for The Saints.
The session saw Jack take the preps and kinder kids through the agility course while Josh practiced kicking with the grade 1 to 3’s.
