On Friday August 3rd, the Boss James Clubrooms were transformed into a 70s Boogie Wonderland.
It must have been 40 years since Boss James hosted so many mo’s and fro’s and psychedelic clothes!
Whoah .Groovy Baby!! While we were down on numbers, spirits were HIGH! The 70s groove, mood, food, music and dance moves were simply "Out of sight, man!" Just check out some of the pics!
Firstly, A Big Thankyou to Annie Westhead, Megan Hanna, Jane Chadwick, Leanne Yorgey, and Cailey King for all your help and support in getting Boogie Night at The Boss up and running. This event could not have happened without you!!
Thankyou to Matthew Gray for stepping in as our MC/Auctioneer at the last minute. We had some great items up for grabs. The photography shoots, golf packages and signed football tops were hotly contested in the auction. Our profit on the night is expected to be in the vicinity of $3000+
Thankyou also to Brett Yorgey, Leanne Yorgey, Jim Westhead, Annie Westhead, Jane Chadwick, Megan Hanna, Gary Nash, Shayne Oswald, Marina Stevenson, Felicity Frederico, Kathy Naoumidis for their help and generosity in securing donations for our Live and Silent Auctions and Raffle.
