At training on Tuesday, 6th May, the Hampton Rovers Under 10 West boys welcomed a VIP to watch training. Hawthorn Coach Alastair Clarkson saw the tail end of a very willing scratch match at Boss James Reserve amongst the team.
Afterwards, he signed autographs and posed for this fantastic photograph with the team. The boys were very keen to ask questions about ?Buddy? Franklin and were fascinated to hear an estimate from Alastair of just how far Stewart Dew could kick a footy. In response to one of Als questions to the boys, 100% answered ?Yes!? they would like to grow up to play for an AFL team one day!!
