The Hampton Rovers Football Club is seeking applications for the role of Senior Men’s Coach for the 2024 season.
The Rovers are a proud community football club, affiliated with the Victorian Amateur
Football Association (VAFA), with a celebrated history dating back to 1929. Season
2024 will see the club again field five teams in the VAFA – Seniors Men’s and Reserves, Thirds, Under 19’s and Senior Women’s. The club has a strong pathway fielding 30 junior teams in the SMJFL and has a large Auskick program with 200 participants.
Expectations for the successful candidate include:
- Minimum of a Level 1 AFL Coaching Accreditation
- Exceptional communication skills and positive attitude
- Previous coaching experience and an understanding of amateur football
- Willingness to develop and engage all players
- Work collaboratively with key club officials
- The ability to shape a strong coaching group
A competitive remuneration will be offered in respect of the role.
