Following the bye last weekend, the Seniors return to Boss James Reserve on Saturday, hosting Marcellin in what is a vital game in the context of the 2023 Premier C season.
After a slow start to the season, the Rovers have won three of their past five matches, including impressive wins over Parkdale and Old Ivanhoe. The Eagles sit bottom of the table and a win is crucial to ease any threat of the dreaded “R” word. Due to the nine-team competition this year (following Old Mentonians withdrawal), just the one team will go down at seasons end.
The Seniors begin at 2:00pm, with the Reserves at 11:40am.
The Home Game Luncheon is on and we urge all parents and partners to get along for what is always guaranteed to be a great event! 12 midday for a 12:30pm start, with Bar open until the end of half time (3:30pm) and reopening following the game (4:30pm).
