The Rovers play their first practice match of the year on Saturday, against MPNFL outfit Bonbeach.
After a successful pre-season camp at Torquay last weekend and a scratch match against Moorabbin Kangaroos prior to that, this will be the first practice match proper, with three teams in action.
The Under 19’s kick-off the day at 10am, followed by the Reserves at 12pm and Seniors at 2pm.

Next weekend, the Rovers take on Ajax (Sunday 2 April @ Mount Scopus College, Burwood) in the second and final practice hit-out before the season commences after the Easter break on April 15.
Also next weekend, it’s the 2023 Season Launch – Friday night at Hotel Brighton. Commencing at 7pm, tickets are 7pm – or free for 2023 club members and players who’ve paid their subs. All players and supporters are welcome to attend. Buy tickets now >
Senior training is now held Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 6pm at Boss James Reserve. All new and existing players welcome.
