Seniors

From the President – March 30

Hello to everyone at Roverland,

In normal circumstances, we would be all buzzing with excitement in the lead up to Round 1 this Saturday.

Our pre-season was excellent and the vibe amongst our groups was positive, energetic and is a credit to everyone involved.

To say things have changed dramatically is certainly an understatement, our lives have been turned upside down and we have all been presented with challenges.

It is very important to speak up and seek assistance wherever possible, be it family, friends, or the Government.

Be sure to apply for whatever assistance is available to you from the Government.

If the need arises please contact anyone at the club at any time, my mobile is 0407 313 054. A PROBLEM SHARED IS A PROBLEM HALVED.

A big call-out goes to all of our health workers across the country, but especially to those that pull on the mighty Green & Gold.

Keep your heads up, keep safe and let’s hope our season can get underway when we get on top of this situation.

GO ROVERS!

Gary Nash
