The first Women’s final at Boss James Reserve highlights Saturday’s matches, with the Seniors in action at Mazenod.
The Senior Women have had a great season and finished third on the ladder. They host Oakleigh in the Semi Final at Boss James Reserve on Saturday. The match gets underway at 10:45am and we encourage everyone to get along and support the girls as they aim to create history with a first-ever Rovers Senior Women’s finals win.
At Central Reserve, the Seniors take on Mazenod who’re in good form after a slow start to the season. It’s a must-win game for the Rovers who’ve suffered some disappointing losses of late. A few changes to the side and some returning players from overseas.
The Seniors get underway at 2pm with the Reserves at 11:40am. The two’s had a great win over Marcellin last week and will be looking for another win to keep pushing for finals action.
The Under 19s have an early game – away at 9:20am. The Thirds have unfortunately had to forfeit against Chadstone due to a lack of numbers.
