It’s a must-win match for the Seniors who take on Old Camberwell away at Gordon Barnard Reserve on Saturday, while the Thirds and Women are at home at Castlefield Reserve.
The Seniors have suffered three defeats to start the 2019 Premier C campaign, to three teams currently occupying top four positions on the ladder. Injuries and unavailability’s have hit the team hard but can round four be a change of fortune for the Rovers? Two inclusions for the team including another senior debut this week.
The Reserves will be looking to bounce back following their first loss of the season to Marcellin last week. They get underway at 11:50am with the Seniors at 2:10pm on Saturday. Updates available on Rovers Social Media and Live Scores on our website.
The Under 19s have had a great start to their season, undefeated after three rounds. This week they travel to Como Park to face Old Geelong – 2pm start. Great to have assistant coach and Kangaroos player Will Walker reading out the team last night after training. Please note parking is limited at and around Como Park, so we encourage your car pool.
It’s a double-header at Castlefield Reserve with the Senior Women and Thirds in action. The canteen will be open for both games so get along and show your support.
First up, it’s 2 v 3 as the Senior Women take on the undefeated Preston Bullants. The Rovers have won their past two and this will be an indication of where they’re at. Big game for the girls! Kick-off is 10:30am.
The Thirds then take on Therry Penola at 12:30pm and will be looking to get back on the winners board.
