Final Practice Match Wrap

Hampton Rovers had their final hit-out before the season-proper, going down to Mordialloc by 10 points at Ben Kavanagh Reserve in Mordialloc.

It was a good performance by the Rovers, against a strong Mordialloc outfit featuring 10 former De La Salle (VAFA Premier) players – the Bloods were also division one runners-up last year. With just the one goal until the main break, Hampton outscored their opposition in the second, with four to one.

Plenty of positives all over the ground and something to take into the opening game of the season. Good to see plenty of Rovers supporters at the ground and thanks to Junior, Ando’s & Freddy for their match day assistance.

MORDIALLOC  2.2  5.7  5.8  6.9 (45)
