Rovers host Old Camberwell

Hampton Rovers host Old Camberwell at Boss James Reserve on Saturday in a must-win round eight clash. Book now for the big Sponsors Lunch to be help prior to the main game.

The Rovers will be looking for their fourth win of the season following last weekend’s disappointing loss to ladder-leaders Old Haileybury. The Premier C ladder sees the Rovers equal-fifth, but ninth on percentage. Old Camberwell are also on three wins.

The two sides last met in 2014 and the Wellers have recently acquired the services of Hawthorn premiership player, Michael Osborne.

The Seniors kick-off at 2:00pm with the Reserves at 11:40am who’ll be looking to claim another four points after an impressive win over the Bloods last Saturday.

This Saturday’s Home Game Luncheon is our designated Sponsors Lunch for 2017 and we welcome everyone along for what will be a big one. Just $30 per head with drinks available at bar prices. And a past Rovers tradition will return for half time! Book your spot now – contact Gary Nash on or sms/call 0407 313 054.

We welcome everyone to the club Thursday evening for Senior Selection Night – bar open for supporters from 6pm, dinner from 7:30pm, tonight’s AFL live on the big screens and hear the five teams for the weekend.

Also on Saturday, the U19 (1) side faces Fitzroy away at Ramsden St Oval in Clifton Hill commencing at 2:00pm and U19 (2) take on Williamstown CYMS at the newly resurfaced Fearon Reserve, starting at 9:20am.

The Women are in action on Sunday against Old Mentonians at the Keysborough Playing Fields, getting underway at 11:40am.
