The 86th Annual General Meeting of the Hampton Rovers Football Club will be held on Monday 30th November at the Wright-Scarlett Pavilion at Boss James Reserve.
The meeting will commence at 7:30pm and all Hampton Rovers AFC Club Members are welcome to attend.

The meeting will require us to elect The Board Chairman and the Senior & Junior Committees.
Election of Office Bearers Nomination Forms are required to be completed in full and provided to the Club Secretary no later than 23 November, either by mail to PO Box 134 Hampton 3188 or email to: secretary@hamptonrovers.com.au
The meeting will include proposed changes to the constitution.
To conform with the associations Incorporation reform Act 2012, our Constitution has been re-written. The amended constitution is available here and submitted for all members perusal. It is to be moved for approval at the AGM.

17.6 of the constitution states:
A member desiring to bring any business before an Annual General Meeting shall give notice in writing to the Board of Management at least (14) days before the next respective Annual General Meeting to be held or email the details to the Club Secretary: secretary@
