Hampton Rovers make the short trip to Gerry Green Reserve in Parkdale on Saturday to face the Vultures in round 11 of the Premier C season.
After defeating Ormond last week, the Rovers have won four matches in a row and sit equal-second on the ladder while Parkdale are seventh – two wins less than Hampton. With the two teams above Hampton on the ladder, Marcellin and Monash Blues playing each other, a win for the Rovers could lift the club to outright-second.
Last time they met in the opening round at Boss James Reserve, it was a comprehensive 85-point win to the Rovers but the opposition have come a long way since then. It’ll be a tough contest and Hampton will need to continue their good form to ensure four points.
Get along and support the boys as they search for their fifth consecutive win. It’s the Reserves at 11:40am followed by the Seniors at 2:00pm at Gerry Green Reserve on the Nepean Hwy.
