After an impressive first up performance to start the new season, the Hampton Rovers travel to Bulleen on Saturday to take on Marcellin.
It’s first v second and will be a tough test for the young Rovers side against a quality outfit however confidence is high after the big round one win over Parkdale Vultures.
By 5pm Saturday, more will be known about where the Rovers are at following promotion to Premier C section of the VAFA.

The seniors commence at 2pm with the Reserves at 11:40am who’ll be looking for their first win of the campaign. Marcellin College is located on Bulleen Rd in Bulleen.
The Thirds travel to Monash University in Clayton to take on the Monash Blues commencing at 11:40am. After a positive performance last week in their first game in Premier C Thirds section, they’ll be looking to take one step forward and come back with the four points.
The Under 19s who also recorded a big victory in their opening match, are at home taking on Peninsula Old Boys commencing at 2pm.
All players and supporters are welcome back to Boss James Reserve after the games where the bar will be open.
