The 2012 VAFA fixture has been released with Hampton Rovers opening the season with three away games to accommodate the resurfacing of Boss James Reserve.
The Rovers first game back in Premier C Section since the 2008 season will be longest road trip of the season, facing off against Rupertswood at Sunbury. This is followed by away games against Monash Blues and Banyule.
Boss James Reserve is expected to re-open in time for the Round 4 home encounter against Old Camberwell and should provide one of the best surfaces in the league. It will be consecutive home games with Round 5 also at Boss James against Marcellin.
The Rovers take on local rivals Parkdale Vultures in Round 7 at Boss James Reserve and Round 16 away. Hampton will close out the home and away season with an away clash against Fitzroy.
