DONATIONS SOUGHT

We are also seeking assistance from the Hampton Rovers community with regards to sourcing donations for our live & silent auctions and raffles to be held on the night.

With the redevelopment of the Boss James Reserve scheduled in 2011-12, we expect some impact on our club’s revenue – primarily due to interruptions to normal club operations and fundraising. Any funds raised from the Gala Ball will assist the club in offsetting the loss of revenue, ensuring continued and uninterrupted delivery of service to our members and the wider community.

If you are in a position to donate goods or services OR if you have a contact in the community through family and friends, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for major and minor auction items – vouchers, items for hampers, discount coupons and freebies for gift bags.

All supporters will be acknowledged on our website and on the night.

As the Gala Ball is fast approaching, the Ball Committee will need to collect donations by Wednesday 18th May.

For any queries, please contact Melissa Carney on 0416016766 or mrcarney@bigpond.net.au.

We appreciate that requests such as these come from many of the community groups your family is involved in, so we thank you for your donation however big or small!
