Rovers v Melbourne High

The Rovers travel to South Yarra this Saturday to take on bottom-placed Melbourne High School Old Boys in the penultimate round of the 2010 VAFA Premier B season.

After losing their last four, the Rovers will be looking to finally get back on the winners list. But the opposition will be far from a walkover and it promises to be a tough game at Melbourne High School. Last time they met it was the Rovers who got up by 99 points in horrendous conditions at Boss James. The Unicorns sit bottom on just the one win after winning promotion following the C section flag last year.

The Seniors get underway at 2:00pm with the Reserves at 11:40am. Live Scores will be provided by following @HRAFC on Twitter. Click Here to view a map of Melbourne High School.

Next week the Hampton Rovers round off their season at home against St Kevins Old Boys. The Rovers are in a position where they cannot be relegated and cannot make the finals therefore preparation for 2011 has already commenced.

Also on Saturday the Under 19’s are at home taking on local rivals Ormond at 2pm.

Everyone is welcome back to the club where the Bar will be open until late.

For the final home game Saturday-week, it looks like being a big luncheon – you can book your spot now by clicking here.
