The Hampton Rovers is targeting 80 members in 2009, thats one member for each year our great club has been in existence. Membership is the lifeblood of all clubs and the Hampton Rovers is no different. In 2008 we launched Club Membership (replacing the old Coterie Memberships) and its introduction was a great success. This year we?re looking to build on that.
The club has committed to several capital works projects, mostly at Boss James Reserve to improve facilities for players and supporters. Also involved is works that must be done due to OH&S standards and building issues which the club must also foot the bill for. This all adds up and purchasing a membership will go a long way towards assisting the club in financing these projects.
Many people who are unable to attend home game luncheons had requested a basic level of membership. We?ve listened to this feedback and are now thrilled to announce a new category in 2009 – Social Membership, for just $55.
We also now have an online credit card payment facility so you can purchase your membership online, making it easier than ever to become a Hampton Rovers Member! Alternatively you can print out the form and send in with a cheque or purchase at the club.
