Against all the odds, the Hampton Rovers defeated Beaumaris in a dramatic 1998 VAFA C Section Grand Final 11.9.75 to 10.9.69. This year, the club is hosting a special dinner to mark the 10 year anniversary of this great event.
The dinner will take place on the night of the VAFA Rivalry Round when the Rovers take on Ormond in a huge home game at Boss James Reserve – Saturday 10th May 2008 commencing at 7:30pm. All past and present Rovers players and supporters are welcome along.
