The Rovers recorded a big win over East Keilor in their final practice game before the 2008 VAFA season commences in a fortnight.
Still without a number of senior players, the Rovers put in a good performance in wet conditions at Boss James getting up by 7 goals. The combined Reserves & U19s also recorded a big win against the EDFL club.
The Rovers now have a weekend off before the season commences on Saturday 12th April at Boss James Reserve against Oakleigh in a re-match of last years Grand Final.
Its not too late for those who haven?t been down to training to come down for a run. Training continues Tuesdays and Thursdays at Boss James Reserve commencing at 6pm.
