The menu for theh night is as follows:
Hot and Cold savouries on arrival
Followed by a Buffet dinner comprising:
Beef (marinated and served with a mushroom sauce)
Chicken (fillet poached in white wine & chives, served w/- macadamia & honey sauce)
Ham (whole leg of baked ham and sliced, served hot)
Tossed Garden salad
One other salad
Platters of fruit and cheese to finish
Cost is $20 per head, which covers the catering cost.
$20 would not get a meal of this calibre anywhere in Melbourne, so the value is certainly there!!
Please spread the word and get partners of players/supporters there as well, and make it a strong finish to the year.
