In a replay of last seasons Grand Final, Old Essendon got revenge by turning around last years result defeating the Rovers 61 to 103 at Elsternwick Park on Sunday. The Reserves also were defeated. On Saturday the Under 19’s were defeated by Old Essendon, while the Club XVIII’s won their game against Whitefriars. Next weekend, the Rovers take on Old Brighton in the big local derby at Boss James Reserve on Saturday.
