Hampton Rovers play their final game of the season this Saturday, travelling to Camberwell Sports Ground to face Old Scotch.
While it has been the case all year, it’ll be an especially young side making the trip but they’ll be sure to be determined and put in a solid effort to bring the curtain down on the season and Premier B section.
Old Scotch returned to Premier B this season for the first time in 35 years and while they started strong, they have struggled in the second half of the season, however recent wins have all but secured their spot in the top four – currently sitting third with Monash Blues or Fitzroy to join St Bedes/Mentone and Beaumaris in the finals.
Hampton has won two of its past four matches but went down to the ladder-leading Tigers last week at Boss James Reserve to the tune of 65 points. The boys will be looking to finish the season on a strong note.
Get along and show your support. Camberwell Sports Ground is located on Camberwell Road in Camberwell – view map. The Seniors kick-off at 2pm with the Reserves at 11:40am.
