It was a day out for the Ladies of the Hampton Rovers Football Club on Saturday with two big events attracting big attendances and supporting White Ribbon.
The Ladies Lunch was held prior to the Seniors home game vs Williamstown and will over 100 people, predominately women, were in attendance. Once again it was a first-class meal cooked up by our master-chef Tim George with salmon, beef and duck on the menu.
They were treated to renowned guest speaker Lisa McInnes-Smith. Lisa is an inspirational keynote speaker and vibrant ambassador into corporate Australia and is the first speaker outside North America to be inducted into the international Speaker Hall of Fame.
She spoke very well and had the big attendance in tears of laugher while delivering a strong message. To find out more about Lisa, please visit her website at www.lisaspeaks.com.
Later in the evening following the Rovers 110-point victory over Williamstown, it was time for the annual Ladies Night function. Another huge crowd was in attendance, somewhere in the vicinity of 130 or so, and it was another great evening.
Acoustic music to set the mood, DJs to get the dance floor going and of course the 2013 Hampton Rovers Player Revue which once again went up a notch.
Thanks to everyone who supported the events and we look forward to your continued support for the remainder of whats sure to be an exciting year at the Rovers.
