The 2010 season for the top two sections of the VAFA kicks-off this weekend and the Hampton Rovers will launch their season this Thursday evening at Boss James Reserve. All supporters are welcome as we embark on a big year.

The Rovers get their much anticipated season underway with an away game at Old Essendon this Saturday, who were relegated from Premier section last year.

The Hampton Rovers Season Launch & Jumper Presentation event will be held this Thursday following the Rovers final training session before Saturday’s big game, commencing at around 7:30pm. Entry is free and complementary finger food will be server with drinks available at Bar prices.

The teams for the Seniors and Reserves vs Old Essendon will be read out at around 8:30pm. Hear from new Hampton Rovers senior coach Matthew Robbins and his plans for the 2010 season, new co-captains Ryan Semmel and Gary Carr and meet the new players to the club this year.

Training commences at 6pm and supporters are welcome along to catch a glimpse of the players as they push for a spot in the starting XVIII.
